- Ensuring a consistent supply of electricity and overseeing the functionality of all electrical utilities, including water dispensers, microwaves, refrigerators, and air conditioners.
- Supervising cleaning staff and security personnel to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Monitoring the performance of generators to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Maintaining office furniture and ensuring it is in excellent condition.
- Participating in the procurement process for office materials and IT consumables.
- Managing the printing of company documents and handling branch mail management.
- Preparing utility bills and ensuring timely payments.
