Your Mission:

As a Store Manager, you will inspire and motivate your 4-5 member team, for example, through sales coaching.
You will create unforgettable shopping experiences for our customers.
You will design the store with a creative flair and ensure perfect product presentation for optimal exposure.
You will develop promotional activities for your location.
You will manage staff scheduling and ensure the smooth operation and continuous development of the store.
You will report business activity reports to regional management.

What You Should Have:
