What You Will Do Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring each customer feels heard and valued. Respond to customer questions and requests by email, phone, or chat. Process bookings, manage customer information, and handle appointment scheduling. Advise local businesses on Innovam’s technical and skills development products and services. Conduct sales calls to warm leads from field account managers and reach out to both existing and new customers. Document all customer interactions and bookings in administrative systems.
