Role overview This position focuses on managing the administrative side of fleet operations. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for tasks related to leased vehicles, contracts, and mobility, ensuring all processes are handled accurately and on time. The role supports the back office and works closely with colleagues in the front office, operations, and finance teams. What you will do Manage and update lease contracts, including recalculations Process returned vehicles and reassignments Handle fines and related administrative work Communicate with drivers about changes and questions Oversee charging cards and charging station contracts Process fuel and charging costs, including kWh reimbursements Read and verify invoices Collaboration The role involves regular cooperation with a team of nine colleagues.
