Your Role as a Stores Technician in the Assembly and Service Department:

You will be a vital member of our technical assembly team, primarily focusing on hardware, both in terms of building and repairing/service.

You will have the opportunity to perform repairs and troubleshooting across a wide range of our product offerings (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, digital media, etc.)

What We Are Looking For:

Any technical experience you can bring along. Don't worry if you don't have it; we are experts in training.

A passion for solving technical problems.

Familiarity with hardware is a must (experience with PC & laptops repair is preferred).

Role overview The Junior Project Planner at International Airport of Heraklion, Crete S.A. plays a key part in supporting project planning and execution for a variety of airport initiatives. This role centers on organizing project schedules, tracking progress, and preparing clear reports for both internal teams and senior management. Microsoft Project is the primary tool for scheduling, so familiarity with it is essential. Attention to detail is important throughout daily tasks. Main responsibilities Create, update, and maintain detailed project status reports, dashboards, and progress summaries for internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Assist in building and maintaining project plans and schedules in MS Project, including defining milestones, dependencies, and critical paths. Monitor project performance against established timelines and baselines, and help evaluate corrective actions when needed. Gather status updates from project teams and transform them into clear, actionable reports. Identify delays or variances early, flagging potential risks through careful monitoring and reporting. Support the preparation of materials for project reviews, steering committees, and post-project evaluations. Ensure all documentation and reporting meet the standards set by the Company’s Corporate Division. Attend project meetings, accurately recording decisions, action items, and follow-up requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and help move projects forward. Location This role is based in Heraklion, Crete, Greece.
