Key ResponsibilitiesManage a designated portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts from initiation through closure and subsequent expansion. Conduct executive-level discovery sessions with CFOs, COOs, CTOs, and Chief Digital Officers to identify strategic challenges and measure commercial impacts. Develop and implement multi-threaded account strategies that engage complex buying committees across diverse geographies and business units. Create tailored narratives that align Swap's solutions—including cross-border, tax, returns, demand planning, and agentic storefront capabilities—with board-level objectives. Navigate complex procurement, legal, security, and financial processes to negotiate and finalize six- and seven-figure annual recurring revenue deals. Collaborate with product and executive teams to structure deals, customize commercial offerings, and forge strategic partnerships. Accurately forecast and report on sales metrics and account performance.

Your Role

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Executive to spearhead Swap's most intricate and high-value opportunities. You will manage comprehensive sales cycles into enterprise e-commerce brands and global retailers, interacting with C-suite executives and VP-level stakeholders across commercial, operational, financial, and technological domains. This role emphasizes a strategic approach over speed, requiring a consultative mindset to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and substantial deal sizes within a curated list of strategic accounts.

You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, product teams, marketing, and customer success to craft customized commercial narratives, navigate procurement and legal challenges, and secure transformative wins that will influence Swap’s enterprise direction.

This hybrid position is based in London, requiring three in-office days each week.
