About the Role:
Motive is on the lookout for a passionate Strategic Account Executive who will play a pivotal role in establishing our sales presence in our newest regional market, Mexico. As part of our founding team, you will spearhead initiatives leveraging our strong product positioning to demonstrate the tangible business outcomes achievable through partnership with Motive.
We seek a proactive, self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and committed to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, having successfully closed large, complex deals in previous positions. Strong interpersonal skills, technical aptitude, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. You should possess the natural ability to articulate ideas clearly and foster collaborative relationships, thriving in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with high-quality standards.
This is a fully remote position, with the expectation of traveling for on-site customer meetings throughout the sales cycle. Candidates must currently reside in Mexico.
