Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven track record of successfully developing and expanding business within large manufacturing entities. Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional projects and teams without direct authority. Proven ability to build strategic relationships at various levels within the customer organization. Six Sigma Greenbelt certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute account strategies aimed at sustaining and expanding existing account revenue, profitability, and customer loyalty by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored sales solutions.
  • Collaborate with assigned strategic accounts to uncover and develop new business opportunities across all ATS divisions at additional locations worldwide.
  • Proactively pursue a designated list of accounts to generate new business prospects within brands that ATS has yet to partner with.
  • Work in partnership with operations leadership to explore and develop new business at current customer sites, while gaining insights into their needs, strategies, and decision-making structures.
  • Team up with Strategic Account Managers to guarantee complete customer satisfaction across assigned strategic accounts.
  • Build and nurture effective relationships with key decision-makers and executives within assigned accounts.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value (both tangible and intangible) of ATS services to decision-makers and executives of assigned customers.
  • Act as a representative of ATS within the customer's organization and become well-versed in ATS services relevant to their industry.
