Ability to communicate and manage effectively across all organizational levels.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for all vendor-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Establish and nurture robust, long-term partnerships with vendors, ensuring alignment with key business metrics.
  • Design and execute innovative strategies aimed at vendor growth and retention.
  • Manage customer accounts effectively, including negotiating contracts and uncovering opportunities to enhance revenue.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct data analysis to evaluate account performance, pinpointing areas for improvement and implementing strategies for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Deepen relationships with existing customers by consistently proposing tailored solutions that align with their goals.
