Position Overview

Must reside in the region, covering Seattle and Portland.

As the Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our operations and launching new products within the region, leveraging our established Ceribell customer base in Emergency Departments, ICUs, and Neonatal units. Collaborating closely with the Clinical Account Manager (CAM), you will identify expansion opportunities, validate champion interest, and lead the implementation and training processes after launch. This position requires approximately 70% travel, and we seek candidates based near a major airport.

Your Responsibilities

Driving New and Organic Growth

  • Facilitate the expansion of Ceribell's applications across additional departments within our existing customer network.
  • Partner with local Clinical Account Managers to identify and penetrate new departmental markets.
  • Establish advocacy and support from key stakeholders within facilities, utilizing hospital data to generate interest.
  • Conduct engaging presentations, peer education sessions, and training for new physicians, fostering their understanding and support of our technology.
  • Oversee upgrades and departmental expansions within the current installation base.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills to effectively coordinate new department launches.

Clinical Training and Education

  • Provide comprehensive education and training to physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on the advantages and proper clinical utilization of Ceribell products, becoming an expert in relevant use cases and patient demographics.
  • Develop solutions to optimize workflow for various departments and ensure seamless integration of our technology.
