Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for a Strategic Account Manager to enhance our Client Success team based in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, focusing on renewals, expansion, and fostering executive-level relationships.

You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to maximize the value of Patsnap in their IP and R&D workflows while identifying and seizing new growth opportunities within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations. Your responsibilities will be strategically balanced between approximately 60% expansion and new business development within existing accounts and 40% dedicated to renewals and account retention, necessitating a strong commercial acumen alongside exceptional relationship-building skills.

This is a high-impact, commercially driven role ideal for someone who excels in enterprise environments, is passionate about cultivating long-term partnerships, and aspires to play a critical role in scaling revenue through customer success.
