Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in outside enterprise software sales, particularly in new business development related to complex software, Field Service Management (FSM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), or ERP solutions. Demonstrated success in navigating long, complex sales processes and a history of closing substantial transactions with C-level executives.5+ years of software sales experience. Proficient in managing multiple buying influences while selling licenses and services concurrently. Experience in leading large teams of solution experts. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to persuade C-level decision-makers and effectively convey IFS’ value proposition. A history of achieving sales quotas consistently. Strong understanding of FSM, EAM, and ERP technologies. Experience in both direct sales and channel partnerships. Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue through subscription license sales, service sales, and maintenance services.
  • Manage an assigned multi-state territory, targeting mid-market companies with revenues ranging from $400 million to over $100 billion.
  • Oversee the execution of the sales cycle, ensuring effective client engagement.
  • Identify and nurture various indirect sales channels.
  • Engage directly with executive-level decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with business partners to enhance our offerings and deliver implementation services.
