Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with Account Executives to identify accounts due for renewal and potential upsell opportunities. Manage current clients effectively to minimize attrition rates. Conduct onboarding sessions, engaging directly with clients to ensure a seamless transition to Rewards Network's platform. Reach out to existing clients to qualify them for merchant cash advance products, achieving monthly sales targets. Develop strong relationships with Account Executives to support client retention, renewal, and upsell initiatives. Verify that business information displayed on our platforms is accurate and current, coordinating with our internal Client Content team to resolve discrepancies. Analyze business intelligence reporting tools to provide valuable insights to clients and consult on strategies to grow their businesses or address challenges.

Job Overview

The Strategic Account Manager will act as the primary business liaison for existing restaurant owners in a designated region, regularly meeting to review performance reports and address any concerns. Reporting to the Regional Sales Managers, the Strategic Account Manager's key responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals, as well as facilitating upsell conversations to demonstrate how Rewards Network's products and services can enhance their businesses and contribute to revenue growth.
