Your contributions will significantly influence how we manage and cultivate enterprise accounts, directly impacting revenue and long-term customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This position offers substantial ownership responsibilities and combines the following key elements:

  • Strategic account management and relationship stewardship
  • Driving revenue growth through expansion and renewals
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams
  • Customer strategy development, planning, and execution

You will serve as the quarterback for your accounts, ensuring customers achieve meaningful outcomes while identifying opportunities to broaden Feathery’s influence within their organizations.

What You’ll Do

Account Ownership & Growth

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, focusing on retention, expansion, and overall success
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities across workflows, teams, integrations, and business units
  • Lead renewal and commercial discussions, including pricing, contract negotiations, and multi-year agreements
  • Provide accurate forecasts for expansion and renewal revenue within your accounts

Executive Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with executive stakeholders across business, operations, and technology
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning Feathery’s offerings with client needs
