Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the comprehensive delivery of regulatory reporting solution implementations for multi-jurisdictional financial clients, assuming responsibility for your workstreams while maintaining a steadfast focus on outcomes throughout the implementation lifecycle. Communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, progress, and next steps, utilizing clear, proactive, and appropriately structured communication tailored for the audience. Convert regulatory requirements and client objectives into actionable implementation plans, milestones, and delivery tasks. Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across cross-functional workstreams to sustain delivery momentum. Uphold delivery governance standards, including documentation, status reporting, and structured escalation throughout the implementation lifecycle. Leverage regulatory knowledge and data models to inform sound implementation decisions and refine solutions in collaboration with Product and Subject Matter Experts. Contribute to the continual enhancement of delivery methodologies, templates, and internal best practices. Foster colleague development through knowledge sharing, peer guidance, and, at senior levels, structured mentorship and coaching.
