About Your Role

As a Business Controller at Keylane, you will serve as a strategic financial partner to our business units. You will provide guidance to management and business leaders on financial matters, helping them achieve their objectives in a sustainable and data-driven manner.

You will translate organizational objectives into specific financial KPIs and monitor performance against budgets and forecasts. Your insights into financial results will help identify trends and developments, which you will convert into actionable recommendations. By merging financial expertise with a strong understanding of the business, you will optimize resource allocation and promote sound financial decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and analyzing regular financial reports, forecasts, and business cases. You will proactively identify risks and opportunities, supporting the business in making balanced trade-offs. You will act as the intermediary between the business and the financial controllers/specialists, ensuring alignment between operational performance and financial governance.

You will challenge assumptions, foster fact-based decision-making, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and reporting.

About Your Team

You will join our Finance team, collaborating closely with fellow controllers and financial specialists. You will also work intimately with managers and team leads across various departments such as Product Development, Operations, and Commercial.

In this role, you will operate at the convergence of strategy, operations, and finance. You will be a trusted advisor for management, contributing to both immediate performance management and long-term strategic planning.

The team provides a dynamic environment centered around collaboration, ownership, and continual improvement. Together, we ensure that financial insights meaningfully impact the business.
