Qualifications & Experience:Minimum of 5 years of revenue management experience in the hospitality sector, including at least 2 years in a multi-property or cluster environment. Demonstrated expertise in yield management, pricing strategy, and revenue optimization across multiple units. Strong capabilities in financial analysis, forecasting, and budget planning at the cluster level. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and various data analysis techniques. Experience with revenue management systems, property management systems (PMS), and business intelligence tools. A proven aptitude for analyzing complex data sets and translating insights into effective revenue strategies. A solid grasp of hospitality operations, market dynamics, and revenue drivers across various hotel segments. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing General Managers and senior stakeholders.

Join our dynamic team as a Cluster Revenue Manager and play a pivotal role in enhancing the revenue performance of Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach, Novotel Vijayawada Varun & The Bheemili Resort Managed by Accor. Based in Visakhapatnam, India, this position requires monthly travel to Vijayawada according to a set schedule.

In this position, you will lead revenue management initiatives across three properties, utilizing data-driven pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and yield optimization to boost profitability. Collaborate closely with property teams to implement revenue strategies aimed at maximizing occupancy, average daily rate, and overall revenue while ensuring a competitive market stance across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute revenue management strategies for optimal profitability and increased market share across three units.

  • Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, competitor positioning, and demand patterns to inform pricing strategies and forecasts.

  • Monitor essential KPIs such as Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and Total Revenue across the cluster.

  • Work collaboratively with General Managers and Sales teams to synchronize revenue strategies with operational and market opportunities.

  • Prepare detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.

  • Perform regular pricing evaluations and suggest adjustments based on current market conditions.

  • Identify revenue optimization opportunities and spearhead initiatives to drive incremental revenue.

  • Ensure adherence to revenue management standards and best practices across all properties.
