Role Overview

  • In this pivotal role reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Success, you will focus on nurturing accounts throughout Europe. Your energy, determination, and dedication to customer success will be key in fostering strong relationships with our clients.

  • Your mission as a Customer Success Manager will be to drive Synthesia's growth trajectory by transforming clients into enthusiastic users of our innovative video content creation solutions.

  • You will educate clients on revolutionary methods of video content production and collaborate closely with sales to ensure a seamless onboarding journey for new users.

  • Engaging in technical and business-level discussions across various organizational tiers, including C-suite executives, will be a vital part of your role.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven customer-facing experience in Customer Success Management, Client Services, Account Management, Technical Account Management, Implementation, or similar roles, ideally within the B2B SaaS sector.

  • Experience managing a Book of Business and meeting KPIs.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage risks, forecast effectively, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Capability to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from Synthesia’s offerings.

  • Track record of successfully onboarding clients and cultivating essential relationships during the critical initial months and beyond.

  • Expertise in coordinating regular client check-ins, achieving clear outcomes regarding client health and opportunities with senior stakeholder involvement.

  • Basic video editing skills using the Synthesia platform are a plus.

  • Proven ability to retain and grow enterprise client portfolios.
