Your Role

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will play a crucial role in our mission to assist companies in measuring, reducing, removing, and reporting their emissions. Your success will be defined by the success of our customers, and you will be among the founding members of our Customer Success team, guiding customers on their climate journeys.

You will manage relationships with our largest customers, helping them navigate the complexities of sustainability, Watershed’s offerings, and their organizational goals. By deeply understanding their business, you will leverage our broader teams to ensure they achieve their sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive success for a select group of high-value customers, focusing on retention, growth, and impact.
  • Establish trusted executive relationships, demonstrating how sustainability data informs strategic decisions.
  • Lead customer planning and governance through structured roadmaps and executive reviews.
  • Advocate for the customer internally, influencing product priorities and strategy.
  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver exceptional value to customers within complex organizational structures.
