What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory control, or supply chain management—preferably within the beauty, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or retail sectors. Strong familiarity with Sephora’s retail planning and replenishment processes (required). Practical experience planning inventory for Shopify (required). Knowledge of Cin7 and/or DEAR Systems is advantageous. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with large datasets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a bonus. An analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills—you can translate numbers into clear, actionable insights.

As we expand our footprint across direct-to-consumer (DTC) and retail platforms, including a significant presence in Sephora, we are seeking a highly analytical and strategically minded Demand Planner to help us anticipate demand while enhancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

About the Role
We invite a detail-oriented and data-driven Demand Planner to spearhead forecasting and inventory management across our DTC (Shopify) and retail (Sephora) channels. You will be essential in ensuring product availability, facilitating launches, and overseeing seamless replenishment cycles, collaborating closely with our operations, finance, and retail teams to inject strategy and precision into our planning processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and oversee demand forecasts across all channels leveraging sales data, historical trends, and marketing insights.
  • Partner with Sephora and other wholesale allies to strategize inventory around promotional calendars, new product launches, and seasonal variations.
  • Manage inventory planning for our DTC business through Shopify, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Uphold data integrity and create reporting dashboards utilizing planning systems such as Cin7, DEAR, or equivalent ERP platforms.
  • Collaborate with operations to synchronize purchase orders with demand forecasts and supplier lead times.
  • Proactively identify and address inventory risks, including stockouts, overstock, and discontinued items.
  • Work cross-functionally on new product launches to ensure planning readiness and inventory alignment.
  • Provide weekly and monthly planning reports and KPIs, encompassing metrics such as forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory turnover.
