Your Role

As the Executive Assistant, you will be a pivotal force in enhancing the CEO's effectiveness. You will excel at anticipating needs, managing priorities, and navigating complex situations with ease. Your keen intuition and attention to detail will help streamline operations and elevate communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar and Schedule Management

  • Oversee and align the CEO’s calendar with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate diverse commitments, including meetings and travel.
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies to maximize the CEO's time.

Communications and Executive Presence

  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external communications.
  • Draft and refine correspondence in the CEO’s voice.
  • Create comprehensive briefs and summaries for decision-making.

Project Support and Operational Excellence

  • Monitor strategic initiatives and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support leaders in meeting commitments effectively.
