Lead multi-threaded sales initiatives that enhance existing usage and convert significant developer adoption into enterprise-wide benefits. Oversee complex solution sales processes encompassing collaboration, security, API governance, and innovative AI-driven workflows. Identify customer pain points and design customized value propositions to meet their needs.

The Opportunity

We are in search of a Key Account Director to spearhead growth within Postman’s vital enterprise accounts. This role is a component of a new strategic go-to-market approach aimed at amplifying our engagement with large enterprises, broadening our influence, and delivering comprehensive value through the Postman platform.

You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team that includes a Principal Solutions Engineer and a Field CTO, forming a high-level account team focused on cultivating enduring, value-driven relationships. Together, your team will engage with senior technology leaders, identify intricate challenges, and drive the adoption of Postman’s enterprise and platform solutions on a large scale.

This position transcends traditional sales roles, it emphasizes strategic account growth, multi-threaded enterprise engagement, and solution-based selling.

Location: This fully remote role is based in Atlanta, GA. We seek candidates willing to visit customers in their designated areas.
