Your Role at a Glance
As a Key Account Manager, you will oversee our largest accounts in your region. Your primary focus will be to cultivate sustainable partnerships with multi-location offices, helping them leverage Funda strategically for their growth.
You will also champion the knowledge, feedback, and insights gathered from these accounts internally, taking ownership of how this information is utilized. You will lead the connection between internal teams, such as Product and Marketing, ensuring that Funda’s offerings, products, and services align better with real-world applications.
While managing a manageable portfolio, you will guide clients through long-term processes. Decision-making often involves multiple stakeholders, requiring well-supported advice, clear data, and persuasive presentations and training sessions.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing and enhancing relationships with the largest real estate agencies in your region.
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans for offices with multiple branches.
- Providing advice on visibility, positioning, and the utilization of Funda’s presentation packages and promotional products.
- Conducting periodic (quarterly) discussions based on data and performance insights.
- Identifying growth opportunities and assisting clients in capitalizing on them.
- Organizing and leading training sessions and presentations for agents, both at their locations and at Funda.
- Engaging key accounts actively in events, pilots, think tanks, and product development initiatives.
- Gathering market insights and leading discussions on how they can be integrated into Funda’s strategies.
