As an Operations Manager at indg, you will play a pivotal role as the strategic and operational partner to the Vertical Lead. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless and profitable delivery of projects in alignment with broader business objectives.
You will function as a bridge between the Vertical Lead and Delivery Managers, converting strategic plans into actionable execution. Your ability to clarify workflows, tools, and dependencies will be critical in establishing a scalable delivery structure, minimizing the need for constant crisis management.
In your role, you will serve as a calm point of escalation, a systems thinker, and a practical operator, ensuring the organization maintains its focus on results.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance operational health across diverse production streams and geographical locations.
Serve as the first point of escalation for any issues that may affect profitability, timelines, or client satisfaction.
Lead operational planning and ensure cross-functional alignment with production, finance, and sales teams.
Support Delivery Managers by establishing clear expectations, reinforcing accountability, and directing their focus towards high-impact initiatives rather than routine tasks.
Take ownership of and refine operational KPIs, including profitability, team utilization, load balancing, and process compliance.
Identify requirements for new tools, reporting, or process modifications, and lead their implementation and adoption.
Represent operations in critical client situations and internal strategic discussions.
