Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Fundraising Leadership: Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy for institutional giving, aligned with our organizational priorities and growth targets. Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain enduring relationships with major donors, philanthropic organizations, government agencies, and international funding bodies. Development: Direct the crafting of compelling funding proposals, grant applications, and impact reports tailored to meet diverse funder expectations. Team Oversight & Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to synchronize fundraising objectives with programmatic outcomes. Market Intelligence & Prospecting: Identify new funding avenues and remain informed about trends in philanthropy, public financing, and donor engagement. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all funding initiatives adhere to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Role Summary

We are in search of a dynamic and strategic Revenue Manager to spearhead and broaden our philanthropic and institutional funding initiatives. The successful candidate will possess over 15 years of proven experience in securing substantial funding from prominent foundations, government entities, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs/UHNWIs). This crucial role supports our long-term financial sustainability and strategic impact.
