Qualifications
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will provide strategic technical direction and operational support to our enterprise and strategic clientele throughout their journey with Rithum. This role complements the Client Success Manager (CSM) by aligning technical solutions with business objectives, guaranteeing seamless channel implementation, and driving sustained success through platform optimization and scalable technical strategies. Strong project management skills, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to cultivate trust with both clients and internal technical stakeholders are essential.
