City Manager Glasgow

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the local expert for Glasgow, possessing in-depth knowledge of the restaurant industry and representing Deliveroo in the local community.
Utilize data insights to enhance our customer offerings on a neighborhood basis.
Manage key relationships with leading restaurant partners, driving negotiations and optimizing their performance on the Deliveroo platform for mutual growth.
Collaborate closely with and mentor the local account manager to cultivate prominent local brands.
Identify and onboard new local favorites to Deliveroo, ensuring their success within our platform.
Lead the execution of our city strategy, establishing priorities, negotiating agreements, and coordinating the local team.
Develop a localized sales strategy, pinpointing critical value proposition gaps to address and focus on.
Enhance our customer offerings by leveraging strong local insights, which will involve improving selection, optimizing restaurant operations, and collaborating on the area's strategic plans with the Regional Manager and the operations and account management teams.
Maximize marketing opportunities within the area by promoting restaurant participation.
