About the Role

We are seeking a talented Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy and operations to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will spearhead a portfolio of projects aimed at fulfilling the organization's strategic objectives, collaborating across various teams, and working closely with One Acre Fund's senior leadership and CEO. You will report directly to the Office of the CEO Manager.

Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Projects

  • Design and execute projects that align with our major priorities across teams and regions. For instance, you may identify and implement technological innovations to assist farmers, or develop new operational models as we expand.

Implement Organizational Change

  • Oversee transformation initiatives to enhance our operational efficiency. This could include rolling out a new performance management framework for staff or creating a system to assess the ROI of new product offerings.

Manage Communications and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Articulate our strategic vision to both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective governance and decision-making processes. You will support senior leadership meetings and coordinate staff communication campaigns regarding strategic updates.

Support Operational Teams

  • Engage with various One Acre Fund teams through internal secondments, driving key initiatives. This may involve temporarily managing projects during country expansions or launching new products.
