Role Overview

The Strategy & Operations Specialist will play a central part in scaling the business. Early responsibilities focus on recruiting operations and talent coordination, supporting efforts to attract and guide candidates throughout the hiring process. The role also takes on broader operational and strategic projects as the company grows. This position works closely with leadership and offers exposure to recruiting, process design, internal operations, and cross-functional projects.

What You Will Do

  • Support recruiting operations across the hiring process: schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, coordinate logistics, and help execute hiring steps.
  • Design and refine hiring workflows to improve candidate experience and efficiency.
  • Screen candidates for priority roles when needed.
  • Work with internal teams to spot operational gaps and update workflows as the company scales.
  • Help design onboarding and drive process improvements across internal operations.
  • Track and improve key operational metrics.
  • Contribute to strategic projects that support evolving business needs.
  • Manage several workstreams at once, keeping a close eye on detail, urgency, and follow-through.

What We Look For

  • At least 1 year of experience in strategy, operations, recruiting, consulting, business operations, go-to-market, or a similarly demanding field.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, changing environment.
