Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE IS CRUCIAL TO OUR SUCCESS Specific Requirements• Bachelor's/Master's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering;• Minimum of 10 years of experience in primary metallic structure stress analysis (skin/frames/stringers…);• Knowledge of aerospace calculation processes and methods;• Proficient in using Catia (consultation) and have a strong mastery of NASTRAN, PATRAN (using existing models, extracting loads/stresses…);• VBA programming skills;• Experience in calculating sheet metal and machined parts;• Strong written and verbal communication skills;• Project management experience is an asset;• Languages:- English (verbal and written);- French (verbal);Skills• Ability to work both in a team and independently;• Strong listening and interpersonal skills;• Enthusiastic nature, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, finds unexpected and urgent situations stimulating; possesses the ability to respond calmly and reactively while delivering quality work.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the industrialization of the aircraft program with our partner/client, the primary role of the 'Structural Analyst/Engineer' is to ensure that the stress analysis within their scope meets the certification requirements for the primary structure under static and fatigue conditions. Knowledge of secondary structures and system installations is an asset. The Structural Analyst/Engineer reports directly to the Calculation Team Leader and is responsible for:
• Ensuring that the technical scope is adhered to according to customer requirements, program needs, and manufacturing specifications.
• Participating in stress analyses of primary and/or secondary structures within their scope:
o Supporting technical decision-making related to primary structure stress analysis,
o Supporting technical decisions for fixed and movable supports,
• Preparing key technical deliverables and ensuring compliance with company and client requirements;
