Sogeclair is seeking a Structural Designer and Systems Installation Specialist to join the Montreal team. This position focuses on aircraft design and systems integration, supporting both engineering and production for multiple aerospace programs.

Main Responsibilities

Use CATIA V5 to produce mechanical designs, including detailed and installation drawings for assigned work packages.
Review and interpret technical specifications to develop designs that comply with aerospace standards.
Support production activities across various aircraft platforms.
Provide technical assistance for airframe and system issues at assembly sites in Querétaro, Dorval, and Toronto.
Work closely with teams in stress analysis, materials and processes, systems engineering, and quality assurance to achieve project goals.
Participate in projects that target waste reduction and improved financial performance.
Plan tasks to help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver results.
Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to address manufacturing requirements.
Take part in manufacturing, assembly, and installation activities related to your designs.
