Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous, dependable, and innovative Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing field evaluations of industrial structures, interpreting data, creating analytical models, conducting necessary calculations, and formulating engineered rehabilitation or replacement plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the field assessment of existing structures
• Create calculations and analytical models focused on steel and concrete
• Design plans for rehabilitation and/or replacement of structures
• Specify materials and produce comprehensive reports
• Provide technical support and ensure quality control during structural construction

Minimum Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Experience: 0 to 3+ years preferred
• Licensure: E. I. T. certification preferred
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in modeling software such as STAAD is required
• Knowledge of ACI 318, AISC, ASCE-7, and IBC standards is essential
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous
• Management: No prior management experience necessary
• Other Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Physical mobility on the ground and at height
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Capability to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and possibly work from scaffolding/ladders while adhering to fall protection protocols
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as hard hats, safety glasses, earplugs, masks, high-visibility vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots
• Ability to work in confined spaces
