As the Studio Manager, you will spearhead the daily operations of your studio, ensuring that patients receive unparalleled care while nurturing a supportive, engaged, and motivated team. You will manage a team of 10-20+ staff members, skillfully balancing operational efficiency, financial health, and a vibrant workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the studio runs smoothly by managing staffing, scheduling, inventory, and patient flow.
  • Enhance Patient Experience: Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to meet or surpass Net Promoter Score (NPS) and revenue targets while addressing patient concerns empathetically.
  • Drive Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), provide real-time coaching, and implement necessary adjustments to achieve studio objectives.
  • Develop Your Team: Facilitate onboarding, training, and regular performance check-ins to foster alignment, accountability, and professional growth among your staff.
  • Cultivate a Positive Culture: Embody Tend’s core values and promote a culture of respect, inclusivity, and collaboration within the studio.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with People, Clinical, and Operations teams to recruit, retain, and support a high-performing studio staff.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality: Conduct routine inspections to maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming studio environment.
  • Optimize Scheduling: Manage staff schedules to balance patient accessibility with operational efficiency and meet performance goals.
