Key Responsibilities

Delivering expert-level insights on airborne and space ISR matters, advising senior leadership on platform capabilities including multi-intelligence systems such as SAR/GMTI radar, SIGINT/ELINT suites, and additional sensor requirements.
Formulating national security strategies to guide government directives, overseeing acquisitions, and offering programmatic advice for airborne and space ISR initiatives supporting the Department of War and the Intelligence Community.
Actively representing OUSW(I&S) in ISR requirement assessments and programming efforts, including capability-based evaluations and relevant studies.
Conducting technical reviews, performing in-depth research and analysis, drafting formal positions, and preparing comprehensive documentation including briefs, memoranda, and staff packages.
