Job Title: Subscriber Data Entry Specialist

In this crucial operational role, you will oversee subscriber data management across internal systems and external utility platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and manage subscriber information across utility portals and various online platforms.
- Develop, update, and organize subscriber lists in Excel, adhering to specified templates and formatting standards.
- Facilitate data transfer between internal systems and external portals, including reformatting, standardizing values, and de-duplicating records.
- Conduct routine updates for subscriber allocations, such as additions, removals, and corrections.
- Verify subscriber records for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all details are up-to-date.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between source files and portal data, documenting findings and escalating issues as necessary.
- Perform regular audits of assigned subscriber datasets to maintain accuracy of records.
- Document all completed work meticulously through logs and trackers, in accordance with internal standards.
- Support data cleanup initiatives by implementing defined quality processes.
- Adhere to quality control measures and approval protocols prior to final submissions or updates.
- Provide timely progress updates and report any recurring issues to the internal team.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in data entry or administrative data management, ideally in high-volume environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including filters, sorting, basic formulas, and data cleaning techniques.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience working with structured data workflows including copy/paste, reformatting, and standardization.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent work quality.
