Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary supply chain liaison for process and quality enhancement at supplier sites, evaluating technical data, formulating recommendations, and resolving technical challenges.
- Oversee OK2X (OK2Tool, OK2Build, OK2Ship) deliverables during new product introductions, providing on-site assistance to ensure supplier manufacturing and quality processes are ready for each production build.
- Identify necessary supplier equipment, fixtures, and tooling, and lead the implementation schedules to qualify and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Conduct audits of production to confirm adherence to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Quality Control Plan (QCP) standards.
- Collaborate with Global Supply Managers (GSMs) to evaluate supplier readiness for production events, identifying potential execution challenges and recommending risk mitigation strategies.
- Establish and execute the Incoming Quality Control (IQC) plan for Final Assembly Testing and Packaging (FATP) partners, ensuring systematic resolution of component quality issues.
