Qualifications

Proven experience in supplier quality management or related fields, preferably within the aerospace or technology sectors. Strong understanding of quality management systems, process design, and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to identify, qualify, and develop suppliers, especially in RF, PCBA, mechanical, and electromechanical components. Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of conducting audits and driving corrective actions to enhance quality and delivery performance. Excellent collaboration skills with a focus on cross-functional partnership, particularly in design for manufacturability (DFM), new product introduction (NPI), and pilot builds. Experience in defining and implementing supplier KPIs, with a strong analytical mindset to utilize real-time visibility tools for accountability. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
