As the Acquisition Lead for EMEA, you will be responsible for crafting, launching, and refining our host acquisition strategy across EMEA markets. You will lead a dedicated team of acquisition specialists, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure we achieve ambitious growth targets throughout the region. Your leadership will be pivotal in scaling our supply footprint and maximizing the effectiveness of various acquisition channels, including FTEs, vendors, and both paid and organic marketing initiatives.
A Day in Your Role:
Your daily responsibilities will focus on enhancing our acquisition strategies and achieving our objectives for New Active Listings on the platform. Key activities include:
- Define and oversee the acquisition strategy for each EMEA market, collaborating closely with the Regional Director, Territory Managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with regional and market-level goals.
- Implement the strategy across all acquisition channels, guaranteeing consistent execution across FTE teams, external vendors, paid marketing, and organic acquisition efforts.
- Lead and manage a team of 5–6 acquisition specialists across key EMEA countries and markets, establishing clear targets, coaching, and fostering team development.
