The Role
We are in search of a dynamic and proactive Supply Chain Operations Lead to establish and manage our operations in San Francisco. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to lead our physical logistics, warehouse management, and local sourcing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our Head of Supply Chain, who brings experience from industry giants like Apple and Amazon, while taking full ownership of our Bay Area operations. You will have the freedom to create systems, tackle real challenges, and serve as the operational backbone for our U. S. headquarters, making a tangible impact.
What You’ll Do
Manage U. S. Logistics: Oversee domestic shipping and receiving logistics, creating efficient processes for hardware movement across the U. S.
Optimize SF Warehouse Operations: Build and maintain the daily operations of our San Francisco warehouse, ensuring organization, inventory precision, and operational effectiveness.
Lead Local Procurement: Spearhead sourcing and purchasing from local vendors, guaranteeing our engineering and prototyping teams have the necessary resources to innovate swiftly.
Act as the Operational Anchor: Serve as a strategic liaison between our U. S.-based engineering teams and the global supply chain, facilitating clear communication and operational synergy.
