About the Role
As a pivotal position within our expanding luxury beauty brand, the Supply Planning Manager will ensure optimal product availability for the Charlotte Tilbury brand.
This role involves leading supplier-facing planning activities with major contract manufacturers while also guiding the planning processes for smaller suppliers through your direct reports. The successful candidate will leverage data and sophisticated systems to make informed replenishment decisions, utilizing exceptional relationship management skills to foster supplier collaboration.
As a member of the Supply Planning management team, you will engage with various internal stakeholders to drive necessary decisions that promote supply chain excellence at minimal cost.
This position offers the opportunity to cultivate and refine people management skills while also allowing for individual workload management. It is an ideal role for a self-starter who exhibits resilience, can prioritize effectively, and build robust relationships with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization.
As a Supply Planning Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting a team of up to four supply planners/senior supply planners.
- Overseeing the global stock position for a segment of the Charlotte Tilbury portfolio.
