Your Role
- Collaborate proactively with teams across the organization to address and resolve customer and team challenges.
- Analyze product usage data from live environments to devise strategies for optimizing operational costs and enhancing application maintainability.
- Identify performance bottlenecks in applications and propose solutions to ensure optimal performance, quality, scalability, security, and responsiveness.
- Contribute ideas to reduce costs in IT and business operations.
- Design, document, and implement technical solutions for various systems, while considering integration, maintenance, and migration aspects.
- Ensure the efficiency, security, and alignment with the organization's goals.
- Create compliance architecture methods, including data storage, metadata management, and change control.
- Plan, execute, and document unit tests, providing regular status updates and addressing issues.
- Work collaboratively with third-party engineers and tools.
- Act as the escalation point for all technical issues within projects.
- Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills, able to discuss technical challenges and approaches confidently with clients.
