About the Role

As the Support Engineering Lead at Retell, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical support operations of our sophisticated voice AI platform. This hands-on leadership position involves directly troubleshooting complex customer challenges, developing AI agents and automations, and leading an expanding team of support engineers.
