Qualifications
You must possess a clean criminal record with no mentions. A background check will be conducted by the CNAPS (a service linked to the Ministry of the Interior) prior to the commencement of training. You should be willing and able to work in shifts (days, nights, weekends, and holidays). Proficiency in spoken and written French is essential, along with a comfort level with computer tools. You are required to hold a professional license (CQP Télésurveillance, OVT).
About the job
As a key member of the surveillance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' sites (both private and professional) from a monitoring center. Your role will involve responding to various types of alarm triggers including intrusion, fire, technical issues, and flooding.
You will make autonomous decisions while adhering to the specific procedures established for each client.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing alarm incidents and analyzing alarm history;
- Managing incoming phone calls;
- Confirming alarms through phone calls or video monitoring;
- Providing video support for client site entries;
- Alerting law enforcement and conducting remote interrogations;
- Documenting interventions and activity on designated reporting tools.
