About the Role

We are on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Survey Assistant based in Brisbane, available for either part-time or full-time engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals currently pursuing a surveying qualification, eager to establish a long-term career in the field. The position provides the possibility of transitioning into a full-time Graduate Surveyor role upon the successful completion of studies. As a Survey Assistant, you will collaborate closely with our seasoned Surveyors, aiding in various field and office tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing diverse surveying tasks both in the field and the office.
  • Delivering precise and validated results to clients with professionalism.
  • Conducting data processing and management activities.
  • Assisting in document preparation, including locating existing survey control and safety documentation.
  • Contributing to the development of new techniques and procedures.

 

What we’re looking for

To excel in this role, you should be actively pursuing a certificate in surveying, along with:

  • Basic understanding of surveying principles and practices (preferred).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Capable of working outdoors under various weather conditions.
