Position Overview:
We are seeking a Survey Team Leader to enhance our survey and geomatics team in Denver, Colorado. In this pivotal role, you will oversee project planning, data collection, and the development of high-quality land surveying products. You will manage and direct both field and office survey staff while supporting their professional growth. This position demands robust leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include boundary determination, project pricing and scoping, ensuring quality assurance and control, maintaining communication with internal and external clients, and crew scheduling. A solid foundation in topographic, control/geodetic, transportation, subsurface utility, boundary/ROW determination, and ALTA surveying is essential.
