Join our dynamic team at Avalore as a System Administrator Level 2, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our Information Technology (IT) systems. You will manage the IT system infrastructure and oversee processes related to these systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for various client/server/storage/network devices, as well as mobile devices.
Your role will involve providing both Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support for problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution. You will communicate status updates to agency management and internal customers while also supporting the dispatch system in resolving hardware issues. Additionally, you will configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install and load operating system software, troubleshoot issues, maintain network component integrity, and implement enhancements to improve system reliability and performance.
