About the Role

Join us as a System Data Analytics Specialist, where you will leverage your extensive knowledge in fraud analytics, digital identity systems, and Callsign platform optimization. We are looking for a candidate with demonstrated experience in configuring and optimizing Callsign or similar fraud detection systems in a banking or financial services context.

Your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing fraud detection accuracy, performance, and effectiveness. Collaborating closely with fraud strategy, risk, and technology teams, you will ensure the Callsign system provides maximum protection while minimizing customer disruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Optimization & Tuning
    • Fine-tune the Callsign fraud detection and authentication engine for peak performance.
    • Analyze data models and risk signals to optimize model thresholds, reducing false positives and negatives.
    • Drive continuous improvement of Callsign workflows and intervention logic.
  • Data Analysis & Insights
    • Conduct thorough analysis on fraud event data and behavioral biometrics.
    • Create dashboards and performance metrics to evaluate Callsign effectiveness.
    • Work alongside fraud analytics teams to identify trends and emerging threats.
  • Technical Implementation
    • Set up integrations between Callsign and core banking systems or APIs.
    • Support deployment of new fraud scenarios and advanced machine learning models.
    • Manage testing environments and validate production changes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Engage with fraud strategy, IT security, and vendor teams to enhance system performance.
    • Document configurations and model changes comprehensively.
    • Provide expert advice on Callsign data structures and risk scoring capabilities.
