Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A minimum of 15 years of demonstrable experience in system training, implementation, or a comparable role. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences. Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning development tools is advantageous. Strong organizational and project management capabilities. Proficiency in collaborative work across departments and independently managing training programs. Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Knowledge of commonly used enterprise software systems is preferred.
