Key Responsibilities:Drive product definition by developing comprehensive requirements, architecture, and interfaces. Lead multidisciplinary initiatives to facilitate the integration and testing of various systems. Coordinate with fellow Systems Engineers to ensure the aircraft is fully optimized and meets all requirements. Analyze system performance, troubleshoot intricate hardware/software issues, and implement effective corrective measures. Work closely with the Chief Engineer and safety engineering team to define and identify functional and physical interfaces. Plan and supervise system validation and testing to ensure compliance with defined requirements. Lead and support verification activities for integrated systems and the aircraft. Proactively identify and mitigate technical and programmatic risks and resolve problem reports. Assist in qualification and certification efforts. Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal processes and tools. Required Qualifications:B. S. Degree (or higher) in Engineering or a related field. Demonstrated experience in developing complex systems across multiple lifecycle phases. Expertise in developing highly integrated systems, with a focus on performance and reliability.
