Your Opportunity
As a Systems Engineer within Palantir’s Technical Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the backbone of our business workflows and decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include designing, constructing, and sustaining the critical infrastructure that supports our financial reporting, sales initiatives, and personnel management systems. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, you will tailor industry tools to meet Palantir’s dynamic requirements, while also enhancing our utilization of Palantir Foundry and AIP for internal operations.
In this position, you will offer technical insight and strategic vision to key stakeholders. A typical day may involve assessing new technological solutions, engaging in strategic planning to align IT initiatives with business goals, resolving high-priority system challenges, and collaborating across teams to implement system enhancements. Success in this role demands a proven track record of managing multiple business systems, coupled with the agility to adapt to shifting requirements and emerging challenges.
